I truly hope your "Reliable Source" is accurate. If it is, this bad boy will trade more than .10-.20 before LONG. Which is exactly what I have been here for a year and a half. Although I must take it with a grain of cautious optimism. SPNG :( I'll be adding more Mon. am GLTA

I've been suspicious of that all along... The SOS has been posted like that for quite some time and it made no sense that could be the number of shares on record. Every one was suggesting we would be reversing into that but that made no sense at all because the SOS wouldn't reflect those numbers until after a reverse.

I didn't dare suggest the shares might already retired... people would say I was pumping.

As a during years multiple-wounded investor with several disasters and many "bags" I would recommend to ignore such rumors from "reliable sources" ... too often heard, too often turned out as bogus ... and at the one hand looking at your number of posts and your history you aren´t trustworthy enough (YET) that I would get excited - but: why shouldn´t a "young" member be as reliable as an older one ... and otherwise, content and diction of your few posts actually draw a very serious picture about your character and personage ... so I´m cautiously excited .. and just want to agree with Free Nebula´s opinion that this stock will succeed even without your new scenario ... anyway, you did enough to steal my (normally) good sleep over the weekend, LOL ... thanks in any case and GLTU!

No they did not....not sure who told you that or where they got it from, but they did not buy back 2 billion shares...would be great, but they did not...if they had bought them back and retired them, then the TA would know it...the TA gave me 1.2 billion as the OS when I called....sorry, ghostone you got some bad info...and I sure dont want it to look like the board is putting out that kind of information so we can run the stock price up...not say your are, but that can be the perception out there...

Ghostone, thanks for sharing with us and possibly further confirming the fact why so many of us feel
that INCL has a low float from the way the PPS moves daily.

at 0.00015 it would only take $150K to buy up 1 billion shares
(many people have -inherit? - that kind of money, especially after the recent Housing Boom )

as far as I can see from what's been going on with Envirotek / INCL for the past few weeks, it all points in that direction .........

Ghostone:

For starters :

1. 20 days ago there was a Volume over 600 Mil Shrs in one single day. ( PPs Range [0.0004,0.001].
Many of the investors here diddnt take profits that day including me.

2. Yes there is an 8/24/09 ammendment to represent 500 million shares total. Some guys in this board initially interpreted this as a possible R/S of 1:6 or 1:5.

3. If A consorcium has bought INCL as stated in Former PRs
IMHO they probably received Shrs/Promisories Shrs for Cash.
(BEHL's PR stated that JVs involved some money as deposit
plus INCL is buying significant Acreage in North Nevada.)

THis is what I think is happening:
1.I read in this board that total O/S is around 1,450 Mil.
and A/S: 2,500 Mil.
2.I think that The consorcium has Received 1,000 Mil. shrs.
for cash ( difference between A/S: 2500 minus O/S: 1450-1500 )
( Maybe like 1 penny/shr? . So INCL have like $10 Mil. for operations and Corporate Financing etc )
3. We are about to change Symbol plus Cusip Number. I wouldnt be surprised that it will come with a R/S 1:5 as well when that change ocurrs.
4. The perceived Market Capitalization initially looks like to be around $50 Mil./$100 Mil.
5. So with the New O/S = 500 Mil. ( R/S = 1:5 ) we might expect a PPS = $0.10 /$0.20.

I hope it helps a little on the issue.
