Hey folks, I just heard from a "very reliable source" of the following:

Envirotek bought back 2 BILLION shares and canceled them into the company treasury.

On 8/24/09 they ammended their share value through Neveda to represent 500 million shares total.

This is not something that has happened in the last three weeks. Envirotek has been keeping a low profile all summer long and bought most all of the shares for .0001-.0002......

Now THIS is the best part --- they have made crucial changes, altered their business plan, made acqusitions, and secured funding that they are hoping positions Envirotek to legitamately be trading between $0.10-$0.20 PER SHARE out of the gate........

Don't even ask me where I heard this. I do believe it to be legit though and the only other thing I want to say is: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
