Excellent post Fish! I don't think we will here peek one out of Sleet. He doesn't have to do anything. What happened on Friday was the last door was nailed shut. For JPMC the building is on fire and there is no exit. For all intents and purposes we have won. Just remains to be seen when we pick up our check.

Fish...<JPM has the right to appeal after we get the jury decision> However..Jamie will not want to go to trial and face deposition and who knows what could come out? Thus, they settle...and there will be no jury..yes?
