Of course they can appeal a Jury decision...but the amount of dirt that will come out during a trial that results in a WMI win will be very very damaging to JPM, and may result in criminal charges.

Jamie Dimon is going to have to face the facts sooner or later, that's its either a settlement now or much more pain in the future.

Maybe Jim! JD is a very arrogant individual with a psychological will to win at all costs! However remember he is controlled by avery powerful board of directors and of course ROTSCHILD in ENGLAND! What Rotschild say will probably be the decision. IMHO I don't think they are stupid enough to submit to depositions, documents are different than depositions. Fraud, Breach, Death, stealing, hum!
