This is chapter 2 of the investigation
I believe chapter 1 was the criminal charges against the stock promoters about six weeks back.
I think chapter 3 ,yet to come, will involve suspensions of
EESO/SGLS/CXAC/RVGD/ and IPWG, for improper dissemination of information.

The SEC has put a lot of man hours into this investigation and I doubt if any of the participants are going to get off totally scott free.
