Just found an interesting SEC suit--carries no suspensions with it.

Involves Steven Carnes, among others, and his dealings with and in CXAC, RVGD, IPWG, and EESO.

I've been helping expose the RVGD scam for a while. I also remember IPWG from a few years ago, when it made the huge price jump. It dropped rather slowly, which made me wonder if there was any chance the company was legit in some part. Their initial grandiose claims were suspect...indeed, have any ever come to fruition?
