Obviously the investigation IS complete; hence the lawsuit, service upon the defendants, and official entry of the case into court. IPWG and the other companies are NOT implicated in any way, nor are any of the officers/directors. If they were being held under any type of suspicion, then they would have been named as defendants. There is NO reason for the SEC to suspend the trading of the securities of ANY these companies.
So back off.
