At a quick glance AYSI is a company I would discard immediately if I knew nothing about it. They had a really bad earnings report with the info on the order buried in the filing.
The last PR sounds nice but is not very meaningful unless you know the context. Most who saw that PR would look at last Q's financials and walk away.
My take is you have holders who recognize the meaning of that PR who are holding on tight and are not willing to sell shares given the potential. Some of them are likely even buying along with a very few new comers who recognize the story.
The fact that you have seen such stubborn strength tells me you have true believers rather than penny flippers holding shares. That could make December exciting when their earnings hopefully show the world what the rest of us think we know.
