Ya, if the December #s come in good and give us some inclination of what to expect with margins going forward (and revs) then we should see some new blood push in and even have a shot at a big momentum run.

It would be great to see this take off on big volume and big earnings but we'll probably have to wait for now like some of us have been doing all along.

I must admit feeling frustrated over stuff like this (and many more like this) call though:

There were probably many little fish that just got freaked out on the slide because of the paper loss and ended up getting squished, needlessly having to make the paper loss a real one.
This company was never on the brink of BK. They survived on a lot less revs previously historically speaking.

They never even got to the point of tapping into bank loans, which to me would have been a first sign of real potential weakness.
Although with the big orders, they might need to borrow a little very short term unless they get quick turnaround on the ARs.
ARs collections have never been an issue for them.

Realest had good points, but mostly was looking at steel demand and his expertise is US market mainly.
He has no idea about Arcoplate even with his close knowledge of the steel sector. I always pay attention to his thoughts though because he is saying what he believes.

Oh well hindsight now makes it easy to look back that way I guess, at least the real devout holders are still hanging on.

I would have loaded up more but had to come to a truce with my wife worrying and seeing the paper loss and just ended up saying 'OK, I will just sit on what I have but be patient since I am meeting my yearly goals'. She said OK luckily.

Considering how unbelievably far the company's price dropped (literally within about a penny of what Gene paid for many of his shares way back), I'm sure there are a few that have seen a huge increase in their accounts.

Keep the faith ;-)

Gilead,

I agree with your analysis 100%. AYSI does not look particularly good to someone who is not familiar with the overall story. Someone is clearly accumulating and they must believe AYSI is headed much higher to continue at this steady rate. It will be very interesting to see where we stabilize out since we still have ~3 mo for the next report. Another nice PR in another month would be nice to keep things moving up until #s are out would be ideal. Regardless, the true believers are being rewarded for their faith and patience.

I am thankful to be a member of that group.
