Great post. I am also stcking to my position that tha number of
O/S shares is around 770 million (based on what my Ameritrade broker said). Let's all stop listening to the 20 B figure...just rubbish.

If a R/S is to happen, I don't think it will until the PS
rises much, much higher.

I got caught in a R/S 0f 200:1 and the stock went from $22 per share to $2. The company ended up doing a forward split (2:1) to keep investors at bay. The point is if EVFL wants to see $0.25 ps then a merger or buy-back is really the only way to go.

Man,you believe the OS is in the millions,I don't mean to be mean but that is crazy. Everyday volume exceed what you broker tells you,you need to get another broker. If your broker is right about the OS this stock should be @ .001. I hope you are right and i am wrong. GLTA

If the O/S of EVFL is 769.9 Million, why someday the trade is over 1B, 2B, 3B or 4B?
