Looks like the NEWS made quite a 'SPIKE' of attention here and elsewhere.

Seems like the Ripple they've made today is expanding across the market.

But listen up! I'm still sticking with my broker's claim that the O/S is 769.9 Million.

I Don’t care what objections any other poster may make.

They can call it wishful thinking or whatever they want.

Until THEY show numbers that proves otherwise, and I don’t mean telling me what it "Could" be or SHOULD be based on their own personal assertion(s), I'm going with my broker who has connections into the stock market from its INSIDE-out.

Besides, the 21 billion O/S shown on www.pinksheets.com for EVFL, also has a PPS of .0002 on that day, June 30 2009.

This means the Market Cap was 4.2 Million.

So the company arbitrarily lost its market Cap of 2 millions dollars? when the PPS went to .0001? without a BID?

That would be very ODD.

Especially for a pinky who's out to RAISE money.

I don’t buy the O/S still being in the billions.

All the references of O/S in the Billions seems to refer to June 30 2009.

All references to the current O/S seems to be in the millions.

BUT as for today's PR, if the said 2.5+millions Debt has been
retired, then that means Diluting shares into the O/S in no longer needed to settle such debt.

This translates to the sizes of the O/S being somehow shrunken.

Perhaps a Buy-Back, at this turning point, may actually occur after all.

OR perhaps even a Reverse Split.

Sorry to say but a R/S would best benefit the insiders whereas a buyback would best benefit the shareholders.

But I cannot stress more that if this stock does rise, it would actually add to the economy per the shareholders capital gains would be spent in retail goods and consumables and/or even commodities, such as BioFuel or BioFuel related products, which in tern can likely help this stock even further, on its bottom line.

I do expect today’s shareholders of this stock will likely be tomorrow’s new millionaires, but don’t expect rags to riches over night..

That wont likely happen any time soon but I do expect a BID soon.
