The point is that you were fabricating that so called "material fact" intentionally. You won't admit it on the board, but we both know it to be true. I've caught you on this identical Chairman nonsense twice already in the past couple of years. It is NOT something you would forget.

And I post this because I believe newbies should be aware of just how sneaky and disingenuous you can be! Now those may be the necessary traits to be a good trial lawyer, but this is an Investment Board. Practice law in Court, NOT on this board!
