sorta like how he is now part of the Wave subsidiary WaveXpress?

do you consider Peter Sprague to be a Wave Systems "insider"?

or better yet, did you consider him to be an insider last August?

if he was/is an insider, why hasn't he filed any disclosure of his sale of a reported 500K shares of wavx last summer?

edit: it was not "intentional" - the securities fraud complaint reads as if he was Chaiman. btw, i think they settled it recently...
