I think you're dreaming if you think this Sept 9 date is the end game, the "presumed finale of the CSMG/LGB legal shadow play."

I certainly don't presume that the case will be decided by the COB on 9 Sept. Court battles drag on and on. This one's how many years old now?

My experience (in lesser courts though) is if LGB does not show up on this settlement date, the 'contempt' would be same as pleading guilty (or, no desire to defend one's position any longer), leaving the judge's decision in favor of the one who DOES show up, ie; the party who IS serious about resolving said matter being brought forth.
