A lawyer acquaintance used to joke that members of the bar speak perfectly intelligible mumbo jumbo. It seems no one here has produced a layman's program guide for this presumed finale of the CSMG/LGB legal shadow play. However, select member references and comments lead me to believe that, in the brawl scene, LGB pulls out a rusty knife but CSMG counters by flashing a gleaming gun, metaphorically that is. If the amnesic, multi-guised LGB or his minions don't show themselves in court despite order(s) to appear, one presumes that the honorable judge has discretion to 1) cite the selective amnesiac for contempt of court and/or 2) impose a default judgment in favor of CSMG. If Mr. Amnesia or his excuse mongers do show, it could be their curtain time, notwithstanding. Are there any members of the world's second oldest profession in the house?
