could it be possible based on what we know that JPMC will allow this to move to say 0.15 to get those NOT CONVINCED of the settlement to SELL and profit therefore leaving the opportunity for JPMC to buy up the stock CHEAP at 0.15 knowing that the settlement IS COMING ANYWAY!

Does that make any sense and is it plausable?
