I'm no expert here, so quick question..

Has JPMC won ANYTHING in front of this judge yet?

IMHO, JPMC aren't going to hand over one red cent unless there backs are to the wall and they feel that they're in a corner and nowhere to go.. R we at that point yet?

If yes then settlement soon, if not, then we've still got a long, long way to go.

Good point. I can't imagine Walrath, over dinner with someone, saying something like, "Yeah, I'll be trying this BK case for another year. What a bunch of bozos. And those poor stock holders and creditors....I'll just have to make them wait while these lawyers and their clients run my court room down and around for another year."
