brad: refering to your post about the percentage of shorts i noticed where it said institional ownership of shares was .50% . this cant be right , thats not that many shares from what i have been reading earlier about how many shares institutions own. unless i dont understand what is meant by institutional ownership. can someone explain why it only says .50 institutional ownership? someone stated that the short interest in a stock does not show any naked shorts, which would make the amount of shorts a greater number

i disagree given the mechanics of calculating the actual short position

i am not saying their is no naked short in this stock as i have no clue i am just saying its already accounted for in the number

normally i would never consider a Naked short arguement but i have read a bit on what happened to Lehman and it is plausible for wamuq given paulson refused to put them on the short protective list

i can't understand why they haven't covered yet except for the most obvious reason but that gets discounted by the way the court case is going in a positive way
