yes that same percentage is on almost all the major financial websites including yahoo

the link below shows that in jan of this year one fund owned more than 6%, so not sure which is accurate but it leaves me to believe that all percentage and ownership info is not very accurate, or at least i hope it isn't

There is still alot of open interest option contracts out for Wamu... is it possible shorts are waiting for these contracts to expire worthless prior to covering their short positions?
