I think that we could all agree on the idea that IF a ban were to be issued by the commission against nok phones, they would rush to settle during their appeal. They cannot afford a ban.

Don't be such a whimp. We have NOK exactly where we want them, and we're raising the bar now. Didn't you read Mickeybrick's posts they'te going to have to pay us trillions now that we won on Friday. I'm sure they've been on the phone non stop trying to get WM to settle. LOL

There's more than just Luckern for judges at the ITC, right? I wonder if a different judge would have given the same ID or something different.

Data, your rant was in order. Looking foward to seeing you in Houston again! Litigation always keeps one waiting and wondering, but in my opinion, Idcc will prevail and based on Luckern recent reversals by the Commission our chances are good that his decision will go the way of Lynne's and Batts' !tucker
