ness - JMO - it will get done when there is a determination on if the commission will review or not. One party's line in the sand will move

We took what many here believed (before Friday) was our best shot to get something done in a reasonable amount of time. I believed in the patents and in the case - and was very disappointed that the company couldn't show just one intersection of their cherry picked patents....ok, back to the drawing board, improve the patents, use new patents, new venue, new clock, new whatever. It's always something with this dang company, watershed this, just wait till we see the next hill to capture.....

I'm not so impatient because of my own investment here, but for the first time in quite a while I've recommended this equity to family and friends. grrrrrr that'll teach me. I also know that at least a few of the old timers here (that I consider friends) that have played options over and over again around timing of certain events have watched their investment dwindle....for their sake I hope the company can get something done soon. Yeah, there is a pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow....but we can't seem to get to that end.
