RRamirez, the points you make are true, and I can attest to that. The only comment that I would make for your consideration is that it would not hurt to work for one of the larger firms early in your career before the family takes hold. I say this as it would be good experience to understand their mindset as you will come across them at some time in your career. Call it words of wisdom from a seasoned vet who's worked on contracts, etc. for 20+ years. Not an attorney, but I've negotiated more than my share of contracts, etc. during my career.

Very well said! Ram
NOW GET BACK TO STUDYING !!! HA HA HA
I have no doubt in your statement, you always have sounded like a "well rounded" person with moral integrity.

PROSECUTOR, HUM MAYBE YOU CAN WORK ON PUTTING DIMON AND HIS COHORTS IN THE CLINK IN 2011, WHEN THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT BEGINS THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION, BETTER YET, YOU CAN MAKE THEM GET STARTED! YEAH THAT SOUNDS GOOD!

R you echo many good points.
My family comes first without hesitation. I believe there is an movement among our generation to pursue careers that make a difference in our world and "giving back" instead of "taking all"... without being too cheesy, more Gordon Lightfoot and less Gordon Gekko lol.

If our WaMu becomes a windfall, my dad can retire and invest to his heart's content, and my fiancee and I will get married without delay (she's blonde, smart, and loves fishing). we both work in children's health care; needless to say, this is an investment for our family.

Good luck brother, and to all the great people on this Board.

Wow. Your words are very inspiring. I'm really hoping this does turn out to be the investment of the lifetime so that all of us can pursue endeavors that will make our piece of the world and the rest of the world at large a better place to live in.

The money gained from a settlement would certainly be in better hands with the people on this board than staying with JPMC. Better for the country too!

I could not agree with this more! I have Parents, Brothers, and Nieces who will be able to breathe with a $12PLUS settle. It will easily be the best day of my life as well to be free of the burden of debt. I hope this feeling is shared by EVERYONE who has had the guts/and the good fortune to find yourself invested here!

Awesome!

You Said,...
"I consider us all very lucky to have the knowledge and awareness of an investment opportunity like this in our lifetime. For many of us, it will change our lives and shape our future -- the key is to make the right decisions when that time comes.
