#2 boggles my mind.

#3 restricted stock can not be sold and all their stock is restricted according to the PR when they converted from Preferred to common stock.(actually, it could be sold as LETTERED stock but they would have to substantially discount the pps to get anyone to buy it because the new buyer now owns restricted stock.

#12 I think that is a stretch.

One small correction on #2,

JD said production to commence in 90-120 days I believe. I'm really looking forward to what their marketing company puts together, they have a great track record of building a brand and product launches.

Hey Board, I don't know that it really matters, but the following.

10. The new product is being patended (timeframe the ceo said 'moments' not next week, next month, but moments!!!)

I still don't believe this to be quite correct. The problem is not with the patent, but with the Trademark, I believe that at the last minute they discovered a problem with the new product name or possibly the New Company name, if not D & D.. Hence, moments to correct. Wing
