2. How abouyt that restricted shares couldn't be sold? We now know some were indeed sold and placed in free float count?
restricted shares sold? i see some restricted shares came off restriction - can you please explain or prove that restricted shares were sold? tia

3. That he would acquire companies with significant revenue. NONE have ANY revenue. - how can you say none have any revenue?-that is an outlandish claim-lol

4. He misled severely the value of CYDM the days he was DILUTING/SELLING 125+ million shares. He knew it was NOT worth .18 once he diluted by 199 million shares to give dividends. - i agree with you here - given the info we have at this time -

5. He blamed the delay in share structure on "taking things in and out of treasury." -the share structure was changing - that was not a lie

6. He said the pps was going down due to some "clearinghouse" issue. We now know the pps went down because he was DILUTING and SELLING shares into HYPED NEWS. -this is just another outlandish statement by you not backed up with facts

7. He HYPED .10-.15 pps when he KNEW it would NEVER get there with all the DILUTION and SELLING he had planned. he believes his company is worth .10 - .15 - that’s not a lie

8. He claims financials make no difference in penny stocks. Ok, so if we had $50 million in revenue that would not effect the pps? LOL LOL - i agree-but that’s not a lie - that is just what he believes - and i have seen that with other pinkies

9. He says he has doubled opr tripled staff since visit by poster. Double or triple? Which is it Greg and please give us your org chart. how is this a lie- tia

10. He claims he is the #1 Hacker yet research shows he hacked nothing at AT&T and is nothing more than a BAD THIEF that got caught!!!another statement without fact - i read that greg did hack into at&t to steal phone line access - in his mind he is the #1 hacker - that can't be a considered a lie

And that's just off the top of my head. Basically here is the rule for LYING CEO EVANS: If his lips are moving, HE IS LYING!!! sounds like another outlandish statement by you
