Wow, where do I start?
1. First, that I've called and emailed him recently I never called and he blocked my emails months ago.
2. How abouyt that restricted shares couldn't be sold? We now know some were indeed sold and placed in free float count?
3. That he would acquire companies with significant revenue. NONE have ANY revenue.
4. He misled (some could easily call this LYING) severely the value of CYDM the days he was DILUTING/SELLING 125+ million shares. He knew it was NOT worth .18 once he diluted by 199 million shares to give dividends. He admits in last video (probably by mistake) that CYDM was dead in the water when pruchased. Yet he and President Lakeesha HYPED (while selling millions) that shareholders would all be rich!! Is SCAMMING CEO EVANS playing shell games with other STINKIE PINKIE CEOs like the one at CYDM?,,,who will remain at CYDM.
5. He blamed the delay in share structure on "taking things in and out of treasury."
6. He said the pps was going down due to some "clearinghouse" issue. We now know the pps went down becasue he was DILUTING and SELLING shares into HYPED NEWS.
7. He HYPED .10-.15 pps when he KNEW it would NEVER get there with all the DILUTION and SELLING he had planned.
8. He claims financials make no difference in penny stocks. Ok, so if we had $50 million in revenue that would not effect the pps? LOL LOL
9. He says he has doubled or tripled staff since visit by poster. Double or triple? Which is it Greg and please give us your org chart.
10. He claims he is the #1 Hacker yet research shows he hacked nothing at AT&T and is nothing more than a BAD THIEF that got caught!!!
11. He says he has been successful in the past, yet refuses to address why his last Pinkie comapny went BK. Did he DILUTE that company to death and take money from DILUTING/SELLING shares to help pay for his $9 million court fine? Seems so!!
12. He has twice said this is his last video blog!! LOL
And that's just off the top of my head. Basically here is the rule for LYING CEO EVANS: If his lips are moving, HE IS LYING!!!
