I agree that we have a long time for this to resolve.

If JPM settles as soon as WMI goes forward with the Rule 2004 then that would look very very suspicious on their behalf, I think.

I think they will do anything to appeal and overturn the Rule 2004. I am not sure why Bopfan says that "JPM WON'T be allowed to appeal"?

Can anyone eloborate on that?
