I agree, nothing until after the bell. Tommorrow should be very interesting.

As Bopfan states "whether JPM can appeal the 2004 order is critical to its delay strategy. The order is in effect, won't be rescinded, and controlling law says JPM WON'T be allowed to appeal. Furthermore, WMI's sur-reply makes it clear that JPM is cornered, so this next week or so should be rife with behind the scenes negotiations to avoid discovery and turnover"


The only decision I am concered with is the denial of JPM's appeal for Discovery. We get that and things will start to turnaround here.

I think Bopfan is a little too optimistic here, I still think we have a year or more before any settlement, but if JPM gets denied then we are one step closer.
