I was in a company for the last 12 yars that offered stock options from compensation checks, up to 10%. I gobbled up chunks of that and built up a pretty good portfolio of it.

At the time the stock was at $1.50. Since then the stock has gone at one time to $49, back down to $25, with the selloffs of last year.

So, an employee stock purchase plan can benefit everyone. And when the employees have a piece of the pie then that just work a lot smarter to get where they want to be.

Could be a good thing.

It implies a *R/S* is cominggggg... to the tune of 1:100!!

5B! A/S /100 = 50M(FULLY "diluted")

40M "Common"/10M "Preferred"

Notice the word "collectively".. that means ALL! entities acquired through the "Merger", therefore....

24M/40M = 60%

Personally, I'm impressed w/ the Co.s involved in the "conglomerate" & their revenues.. BUT! that's NOT the issue here....RESPECTABLE! pps IS!

There's NO! way with $35M+ in revenues SARO allows this to FLIPPED!/traded @ 1/10th!! of a penny... get REAL!

The 8K says it ALL!!.. just a matter of time before it's executed.. IMO.

HYPE(good in this case) is one thing.. but REALITY!(SEC filing) "trumps" ALL!

GLTA!

I'd say read the filing, the merger has already been closed per that filing, which means everyone already got their shares. I posted the old share structure from pinksheets at the bottom, so it looks like everyone already got their shares. Now maybe they reverse split to get the price up and try to uplist onto a higher exchange, who knows, even if they do the market cap stays the same.IMO
