Agree with Kermit. If you want to trade pinks, don't use Scottrade. TD Ameritrade (for one) has flat commissions for any number of shares. ie: No per-share commission rate.

Interesting that they're refusing to trade this on liquidity grounds. Even in this slower time, it's trading more than volume than most pinks.
