Sam, I think that is pretty close to what will transpire. From all that I have read Bear Markets drag on and on until no one cares about stocks or investing in them. We are still in the beginning stages of this Bear run largely because we still have retail dip buyers and folks are still afraid of missing a new Bull run. We will have a true bull market when we base for a long time and there will be no dip buyers and no one worried about missing the start of the next Bull Market. JMHO. Good trading, steve
