I'm thinking it's all dependent on the news that comes from the company.

Being on the AMEX means that people actually consider a company's market cap as a measure of value. For the sp to get high enough for a listing without a R/S means to me the company will have to announce a contract.

That's all I'm saying.

Just to clear the air a little and state some FACTS. Neah won't get AMEX listing if we "get the price above a dollar". There's a steep hill here for Neah to climb, so just to make sure we're all talking about the same thing, here's the link for the requirements for listing on AMEX. This is NOT opinion, it's the requirements NEAH must meet.

Stock Price: $3 per share


I think NEAH can do it, but there WILL be hard choices along the way.

30,000 @ $0.10 = $3,000
1,000 @ $3.00 = $3,000
