Consolidation awaiting news for major breakout IMO. R/S would have taken place a while back had NPWS board chose to do so. Why do it now when they just got the millions of stock option shares??? Would you do it upon yourself to have less shares and see the inevitable price decline once and should a R/S taken place? I think not and NPWS board knows this. A contract of many to come will bring NPWS share price above the dollar range and they'll have no problem up listing. News and speculation can bring wonders to a penny stock that have the back up of it's latest "disruptive technological break through since the past 20+yrs". NPWS will be on the move...better in than out at the current price level. GLTA as to this is JMO.
