I agree with Diamond at this point, one day everything will be announced and BOOM. You are either in or out at that point. And I agree - the time is getting short. I personally think this will be wrapped up by the 1 year anniversary.

I think the 4 billion will affect the pps because

(a) everyone is waiting for it, so there will be an artificial demand

(b) If WAMU wins the 4b many people think it will be the precursor of JPM settling, so they will want IN not OUT.
