I agree about the "POP".... I don't think there will be a pop when we get the 4 billion. It is priced into the current price.

But the one thing to look at is the history of this boards ability to call the next POP... Every time some one has predicted a major push in the PPS they were wrong. The FC lawsuit was supposed to "take us to the moon"... but it didn't. Look at all the "big dates" and you will see a history of duds in PPS movement.

This is a GOLD MINE in my honest opinion. That is good enough for me. People who focus on calling the next big pop only set up the board for big disappointments IMHO.

The lawyers are closing in... I hope we see "closure" soon enough.
