How do YOU get EI saying FINRA NOT the reason for delays?

You just try to find the spoiled apple in the fn orchard all the time instead of looking at the beauty....

FINRA comes back with ANY excuse/comment we will know FINRA is FOS.....

What is there about this quote that isn't already common knowledge, and how do you interpret it as an "admission" to something?

We expect to get a response from FINRA within the typical 10-day timeframe.
