It looks to me like EI just admitted FINRA was not the holdup in the past. There have been months worth of posts on how "ol evil FINRA wont let us uplist". As expected, EI is at fault.

On Wednesday July 1 our market maker sponsor replied to FINRA's request for a copy of Eternal Image's 10K and 10Q.

These two items comprise the only remaining comment from FINRA on our Form 15(c)(211). We expect to get a response from FINRA within the typical 10-day timeframe.


That doesnt sound like they are blaming FINRA...lol
