they stated that back in Feb...Mar....Apr....and FINRA delayed...and delayed...and delayed...

How do YOU get EI saying FINRA NOT the reason for delays?

You just try to find the spoiled apple in the fn orchard all the time instead of looking at the beauty....

FINRA comes back with ANY excuse/comment we will know FINRA is FOS.....
