Knowing as much as I do (and you do) about WAVX... I can say that lack of insider buying wouldn't even crack my Top 5 list of cautionary signs and signals. :)
Knowing as much as I do (and history has shown) about WAVX... I can say that lack of insider buying over the last 10 years or so should have been on the Top 5 list of cautionary signs and signals. :) Those who thought differently have seen their investment shrink dramatically.
I respectfully disagree. None of the insiders have the level of holdings that would make them wealthy -- unless you are positing a share price 20-30x where it is now.
anyway, in the interim they are sending the message out to the street that they don't believe enough in their own company to purchase shares at $1.
sort of a major disconnect from their persistent cheerleading over the years, as I see it. but perhaps you disagree.
