Just because bztg doesn't publish financials doesn't automatically mean they don't have them. That is a huge assumption on your part. There could be any number of reasons why a company would decide not to publish their financials....I guess you can only speculate as to why....which is what we all must do. The company has demonstrated that they do not need to raise capital through issuing more shares. If they needed to, then I agree....they should publish financials and make a secondary offering. But they appear to be able to fund operations through internally generated cash flow.
