actually we do know they do not have audited financials as they have not made them available. if they really made all the money they say they did, they would want that in the public's hands as it would significantly increase the pps and would have allowed them, insiders, to sell their shares for a lot more than they did. sorry, but that is the only logical conclusion one could make. do you know for a fact that they do have audited financials? if so, please let us know why they are not sharing them. don't you think that if they showed they were making ten cents a share in income that the stock would not soar? don't you think shayne and the rest of the group would want that? if not, the only reason could be that they want to keep the share price low so they can pick up more shares. i see no logical reason for them not to publish audited financials unless they lied about how much they made or they do not have them. this is not conjecture, just good business sense. so unless you can provide a reason they would not share the audited financial information, the only logical conclusion is they don't have them or they do not match what the company has put out in past prs.
