Just because bztg doesn't publish financials doesn't automatically mean they don't have them.

The only thing that could create some trust in the market is worth to keep unpublished.

iccguy...if they have not had to issue shares, then why have outstanding shares gone from 270M to 300M to 300 some odd million in the last pr. sounds to me like they have issued additional shares. are they diluting the stock significantly? not compared to many other penny stocks in a death spiral, but that does not mean they have not issued more shares, which they continue to say is the fact. perhaps someone can address this without saying that it is not an additional 270m shares that have been issued. either they have or have not issued additional shares. if they have, then this is just one more example of where they have lied to investors. jmo
