And who is responsible for authenticating the transfer agent? Or can the DTCC just accept certs from anyone who says they are the Transfer Agent for a company?

¶ The person who is legally responsible for authenticating the certs is the Transfer Agent.

Well, in this case, Pamela Thompson was fruadulently acting as "the transfer agent" as she and Pino were the ones who created the counterfeit certificates in the first place.

Thompson is not, nor ever has been registered with the SEC as a transfer agent. Never filed one of these..

Here are the three forms Transfer agents are required to file.

TA-1 Uniform form for registration as a transfer agent and for amendment to registration SEC1528 12/2006

TA-2 Form for reporting activities of transfer agents SEC2113 12/2006

TA-W Notice of withdrawal from registration as transfer agent SEC1669 12/2006

One thing you do have right...

"becomes a civil proceeding between the party who committed fraud and the entity defrauded."

...yes it does.

Anything to deflect the attention away from the naked short shares. The bogus Pino shares have been taken care of. We all know that. But what about the 2 B other FTDs? DTC wants them labeled Pino shares as well....and covered by Megas...how convenient. Can't you see?...that is why BCIT got so NSSed in the first place....because it was the perfect crime....or would have been, had a certain Greek fellow bent over like all the rest...

Nice misdirection though...you got me going...
