I don't believe that.

If any of that were to be true, the story,IMO, should have been you sent us 7.5 million UCAD for X amount of SHARES.

We (DTC) show Y amount of shares. Don't think the DTC would be too concerned about how many shareholders we have.

Sorry, can't buy the idea that DTC just happened to notice this problem on Friday.

If there is a NSS problem, I'm sure IMO that it was evident long before Friday.
