People on Paltalk apparently talking about a "fed call".
Not sure if this is correct or where this came from but what they are saying is that CMKX handed the 7.5 million UCAD to the DTC for "x" amount of shareholders and the DTC said that isn't correct, we show "y" amount of shareholders.

That's when the "fed call" came and now the mm's have filed for an extension to rectify the situation.

I have absolutely no idea if that is true or just made up.
