Yep, agree with you and your analysis. Hopefully next week we can get more clarification from SARS explaining what there business strategy is. The company has a new incoming CEO Frank Bonadio and I am sure there is going to be some vagueness until he gets firmly seated into place and Geoff Meagher can step down. The consensus seems to agree that a full effort is being placed in acquiring Associated Mechanical which is a 50 YO established company and to spin off monitoring part of of SARS in order to reduce debt. The company is currently selling shares for capital financing which is a part of the deal.
