As of the date of the Closing, all UK and U.S. based mobile asset tracking owned and managed by SARS will be owned, operated and controlled by Clarence. So what assets will SARS have after they do this. I dont own this stock at this time and have done little dd, just read the last filing and trying to make sense of it. Thanks in advance.
