I replied to your post about Brian Berger. I really wanted to explore what you wrote, because it's not intuitively obvious to me that he crossed an ethical line, and you seemed to come to that judgment pretty easily. Hence my analogy to a hypothetical Lark Allen keynote.
I'm glad to learn that your "sneaky" reference did not relate to Berger's publication of the article.
