I heard about it on Archies corner. Same as I heard about QBID there. I took a look and took a gamble. At .0001 I just used money made from the QBID gamble payoff. I have a lot of respect for most of the regular posters on that thread. It is sad that they have let it die.
Well drilling should raise the price of CMKX shares. The only concern I have is why the CDN partners shares haven't had more volume from locals buying into the lower outstanding share companies. I own shares in all the CDN companies so I do watch the trading closely.
IMO it has to be all the ucad shares given to shareholders. Here is a snippet from the PR: "CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKX) is pleased to have reached a purchase agreement with U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc. (OTC BB:UCAD) to which U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. will be purchasing 5% of all mineral claims held by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. in exchange for 7.5 million shares of UCAD. CMKM Diamonds, Inc. will later issue these shares to all shareholders of record on August 20, 2004."
Notice how it says it will issue "these" shares, which is refering directly to the 7.5 million in the previous sentence. I think it is at best a stretch to say it isn't refering to all 7.5 million and at worst a blatant manipulation by UC to not give all 7.5 million according to the wording on the PR. I just don't think that is an option, much like I don't believe it is an option that Glenn or UC released a false dividend ratio.
