Assumption: 7,500,000 shares of UCAD = dividend

I haven't been around much the last week, so I still haven't seen anything that said 100% of the shares acquired from UCAD were to be distributed in the dividend. Wouldn't even make sense. Is there any information otherwise?

BTW oldblue, 'hockeypuck' asked for it, but how did you hear of CMKI, CMKM, CMKX? Interesting, but I must say the RS and other miscellaneous BS isn't impressive.
