First of all, if the investigation were closed, it would say so in the 10-Q. It would certainly not say " Wave cannot predict the potential effect on Wave as a result of this investigation at this time."

Secondly, if you are this incredibly bored, and feel the need to debate minutia with someone, do it with someone else.

24601: Can I assume that you believe the SEC investigation has concluded since you do not believe it is ongoing? Or, do you simply have no opinion as to whether the investigation is ongoing or has concluded? Thanks,
